Managing Director
Eyad Sheatt is the Managing Director at URS Construction, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to the company. With a robust background in construction management, Eyad has navigated through a variety of positions—from field engineer to preconstruction manager—equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of the construction industry.
Eyad earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, followed by a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). This strong educational foundation, combined with his diverse career experience, has shaped his approach to managing complex construction projects and driving operational excellence.

AJ Dabbas
Senior Project Manager
With fourteen years of experience in the construction industry and a Masters degree of construction management from NJIT, Aj has established a reputation for successfully managing large-scale projects to small scale with efficiency and precision. Adept at navigating the complexities of construction management, Aj excels in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed on schedule, cost-effectively and to the highest standards.
Aj is known for a unique combination of strong leadership and excellent communication skills, which enables him to lead projects effectively while maintaining clear and open channels of dialogue. His ability to think strategically about the big picture, paired with his meticulous attention to critical details, ensures that every aspect of a project is managed with care and foresight.

Pedro Hurtado is a seasoned General Superintendent with extensive experience in overseeing and managing construction projects.
